Shipping policy
EFFECTIVE August 22, 2026
The U.S. government has imposed a 50% tariff on roughly $20 billion worth of Canadian goods, Invoking Section 338 of the U.S. Tariff Act. These levies target a number of Canadian industries, including our line of natural health products. Due to these increased costs, shipping has been temporarily halted to the United States until conditions improve.
Effective August 29, 2025, The United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. All postal shipments to the U.S. will require prepaid duties before your package crosses the border – regardless of their value or country of origin.
Processing time is 1 to 4 business days regardless of shipping service selected for in stock items. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select an insured shipping service.
Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. All purchases are shipped by Canada post and insured through Canada Post.
Please note: International orders are subject to customs clearance, which is not guaranteed. In cases where a package is refused, it is typically returned to the sender; however, there are instances where it may be destroyed by customs authorities. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the products only—shipping costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately, if the items are destroyed by customs, no refund can be provided for any part of the order.
